MyMilanLV: Delivery and Postage

For the time being, we provide the following delivery methods:

1. Pos Laju/parcel (included packing) - safer and less than RM20

2. Meet-up

*We will provide the "Track Code" for you to track your parcel during the delivery.
*We will calculate the actual postage charges for you once you have placed your order.

*The postage charges is provided by the service provider (eg. Pos Malaysia) according to the size and weight of the ordered item.

*Meet-ups are based on negotiation and are depend on the location to meet.
*Customers who prefer meet-up must make full payment first.

*No cash-on-delivery (C.O.D) at the moment to avoid back-outs.

Note: We will not be held liable for any damages or loss during the course of delivery. Once goods are posted, it will be considered sold.

Terms and Conditions

1. Serious buyers only.

2. All items listed here are 100% Original.

3. Priority will be given based on a first pay first serve basis.

4. Orders will only be processed once we receive the order form. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the price stated.

5. If the item you ordered is not available anymore, a full refund will be made to the buyer.

6. Prices listed Do Not Include postage charges. Customer bears all shipping charges.

7. All items will be delivered only after full payment is made.

8. We will not be held liable for any damages or loss during the course of delivery. Once goods are posted, it will be considered sold.

9. Full Payment is to be made within 48 hours of receiving confirmation from us and item(s) will be released once time is up and if payment has not been made. This is done in order to be fair to other interested buyers and us retailers.

10. Payment must be made in "one-shot" to our bank account.
11. Goods sold (after full payment) are NOT exchangeable or refundable.

12. No back-outs once order has been verified. We do not tolerate deadbeat/back-out buyers and hence you'll be blacklisted if such incident occurs.

13. Kindly take note that the colour of items being sold might vary slightly in picture and in real due to lighting and camera flash.

14. We do not provide Cash-On-Delivery (C.O.D) services at the moment. Buyers who wish to meet-up are needed to make full payment first.
